We are a small mother daughter owned business so every reservation means a lot to us as we put a lot of care an love into organising them. So please read our terms and conditions carefully before you book as we don’t want you to be disappointed beforehand !
Covid Changes & Safety measurements
When entering Montenegro you are currently not required to show a PCR or antigen test. But the regulations are always changing so please check before you travel. If you are legally not required to provide a test when crossing the border please provide us with a negative quick test or PCR before your arrival at the retreat for the safety of all the guests.
For your return to your home country if you need a PCR test or rapid antigen test there will be a 5€ shuttle to our local clinic (PCR test costs 49€ and the antigen test is 15€). You will receive the results on the same day via email.
Cancellation & Reschedule Policy
If you cancel 20 days before the retreat start date you will lose your initial deposit payment but you will not have to pay the remaining amount for the retreat. However, if you cancel within 20 days before the retreat start date, you will have to pay the full amount, or, under special circumstances you can also reschedule for another date in the same year, but a 50 euros administration fee will apply.
Corona Cancellation policy 2021
Deposits are only 20% and transferable up to and no later than 20 days before the retreats starts to another retreat in 2021 if your government enforces a travel ban. Please note a travel ban is something different from travel restrictions and travel warning to a risk area. For example if you have to go into quarantine upon return is not a valid reason for cancellation. This is also the same case for guests who have paid full.
Travel & Health Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance especially in these changing times. Furthermore, you participate the classes, hikes and workshop at your own risk and you must employ your own judgment as to which movements, positions, and exercises are appropriate for your level of training, overall physical fitness and experience as well as mental stability.
