Rhythm of the wild
Troviscais Portugal Retreat
17.10 - 23.10.2022
This week is all about nature. Combining movement, art and music with elements of nature. In the midst of a hidden permaculture farm in the south of Portugal we will dive deep into natures rhythms and connect to the wilderness within us. At Pachawa Retreat Center we will spend our days connected to the rhythms of nature. We will start our mornings with movement classes, and continue our day learning about inspirational topics and skills, have creative afternoons, evenings of connecting with each other at community dinners and ending our nights with storytelling and music around the fire.
Our days will be filled with: Yoga, Movement, Creative Expression, Relaxation, Nature & Permaculture, Music, Storytelling and bonfires – and much more.

Marijana Lemm from Montenegro will share with you her passions of plants & nature and how we can live closer to our environment.
If you still ask yourself: “Is this the right retreat for me?”
Maybe these questions help you to make the decision for yourself:
Do I feel comfortable with the thought of spending the whole day outside?
Can I handle bad weather in case it rains? (Remember there is no bad weather, only bad clothing!)
Am I willing to share my journey with others?
Do I want to join a retreat where I also work with my hands in the soil?
Do I like the thought of being connected to my wild and creative energy?
If you said yes to all these questions: this retreat is made for you!!
If there are some no´s: Maybe we can help you with your questions or maybe our other retreats are more suited for you.

“Knowing that you love the earth changes you, activates you to defend and protect and celebrate. But when you feel that the earth loves you in return, that feeling transforms the relationship from a one-way street into a sacred bond.”
